A report and summary produced for the NSCA Cleaner Transport Forum needed to project the benefits of improved air quality created by setting up Low Emission Zones in urban areas.

The photomontage depicting an imaginary LEZ, was created for use in full colour for the cover and centre spread of the summary, and adapted as a duotone for the report.
