PACT Community Projects, a charity specialising in this type of activity in the Sussex area, asked us to create a design which associated them with job creation for people who would otherwise find difficulty in getting employment.

The concept for this logo aimed to depart from convention by incorporating images of 'real people'. The splitting of the name emphasises the word 'ability', while smiling faces viewed through a window created by the Sussex county boundaries adds a human touch to the design.

The design has been successfully applied to folders, stationery and signage for the five Workability regional offices.
